Wang Wei is Director of Teacher Development Division of Department of Teacher Affairs, MoE, P. R. China. She received BA degree and MA degree majored in Education from Beijing Normal University. Since 2008, she has worked at Teacher Training Division, Teacher Preparation Division and Teacher Development Division. She has taken part in drafting national teacher policies, among them are Implementation Measures of Government-Aided Teacher College Students, Rural Teacher Support Plan, Teacher Education Vitalization Plan, National Teacher Training Program and Implementation Measures for Teacher Education Accreditation. Her study interests mainly focus on teachers’ professional development, rural teachers’ development, teacher education quality and so on.
