Executive Director Organization: Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development (FIT- ED)
Victoria L. Tinio, Project Manager, is the Executive Director of FIT-ED. She has 19 years’ experience in the implementation and evaluation of digital learning programs in the Philippines and other developing countries. In 2016-2017, she co-designed and managed the pilot of the TPD@Scale model for the Philippine Department of Education while concurrently acting as Network Hub Manager for the IDRC/DFID-funded Digital Learning for Development project. She is currently Project Manager of two IDRC-funded projects on TPD@Scale, and Secretariat Director of the TPD@Scale Coalition for the Global South.
