Qianlin Gao,High School English Education Research Fellow, Wuhou Education Science and Development Institute, City of Chengdu.M.A. outschool adviser,Xi’nan University.I hadbeen a high school English teacher in Chengdu for 18 years, and then I have been working as a High School English education research fellow for 12 years in Wuhou Education Science and Development Institute, Chengdu. During these 30 years, I have witnessed the expansion and improvement of basic education in China with my own eyes, I am truly proud of that. As an educator, I work with my teachers on methodologies to teach effectively, and exploring ways for students to learn efficiently. There are a lot of education research fellows like me doing this kind of work in China, often we work together on learning methods that better suit Chinese students, not only to improve their test scores, but also to enhance their English communication skills overall. It is very rewarding work to me.
