Hyemin Lee is a manager at Pan-Impact Korea in South Korea. She is on a mission to “change the streams of capital to change the world”, which is the main slogan of the company, and to pursue realization of social values through public policy innovation and social investment. Since she was a university student, she has been interested in Social Impact Bond(SIB) which is a new way to solve social problems. Thus, after she received undergraduate degree from a university, she joined Pan-Impact Korea as a manager to achieve her mission. Currently, she is working together with local governments and taking charge of international cooperation. While working on these, she is also receiving selected training in designing SIB projects at the company. As she has an interest in social issues such as education and inequality, she has a personal plan to become an expert in solving social problems through innovative methods.
