Stephen Fraser is Deputy Chief Executive of the Education Endowment Foundation. He works across all areas of the EEF’s activity and leads the development of global partnerships, collaborating with educators and policy makers to translate evidence into practice.
Stephen has spent the majority of his working life in the Australian education system, where he led the development of the Australian version of the Teaching and Learning Toolkit, and worked as a senior advisor to the Victorian Minister for Education and Deputy Premier, as Executive Director of the Department of Education and Training’s Implementation Division and as Regional Director for the South Western Victoria Region.
