Sadat B. Minandang, PhD., is a Master Teacher I and currently teaching at Amirol Elementary School, District V of Cotabato City Schools Division, Region 12, Philippines. Before his affiliation to Department of Education, Dr. Minandang engaged in Non-Government Organization as humanitarian worker facilitating Psychosocial Intervention for Internally Displaced Persons and Children due to manmade and natural calamities in Mindanao. Dr. Minandang was hired as teacher I in 2013 and he designated as Guidance Coordinator and focal persons of different programs and projects. For seven years served as Educator, Dr. Minandang becomes multi-awarded educator Local and International.
Dr. Minandang is resource speaker in education, classroom and street educator, training facilitator, writer, innovator, researcher, community organizer and a catalyst of change. Dr. Minandang is the proponent of TulaKaalaman (Push Knowledge) and now as Byaheng Kaalaman (Journey of Knowledge) to reach the unreached children, Out of School Children (OSC) and Children At Risk of Dropping Out in School (PARDOS).
