Scope: The COVID-19 outbreak has closed schools in 191 countries, affecting at least 1.5 billion students and 63 million primary and secondary teachers. Governments around the globe have responded by holding classes remotely – largely online – to ensure that students continue to study at home. While a number of communication and class management tools were applied for remote learning and educational resources were shared at various platforms, a lot of learners were left behind due to lack of electricity & IT devices, inadequate internet connection and inadequate capacity of teachers. Under emergency situations, equitable education should be more highlighted and focused. In this session, presented are cases in three countries to make sure education provision was equitably carried out under school closure of COVID 19.
